This website processes personal data in line with the privacy principles established by the GDPR. This means that personal data is processed in a lawful, fair and transparent way. Only the necessary and relevant data is collected, processed and stored for the purposes of providing the best possible services for our customers and future customers.

Collecting and processing personal data and websites collect personal data from users of the website and LinkedIn, as well as from direct emails. From the users who contact NADMED via the contact form on the website or by email, we collect name and contact information for replying inquiries and the message content. The and collect the users’ name and email, IP-address, all communication information, and other information provided during the communication when using the contact form or email. The and collect also data from website visitors for the website to work properly and to monitor traffic. Other technical information, such as device and operating system, and analytics from our website visits are recorded and stored accordingly. For LinkedIn the data from and websites is anonymous containing LinkedIn search parameters provided by LinkedIn users such as location, job seniority and field of work. For emailing campaigns, the contact data is gathered by third parties and the source is announced in NADMED marketing emails.

All data is collected and processed for gathering market intelligence and for providing the best possible user experience to our website users and clients. Company does not use the information provided for direct marketing without a consent from the user. The and will not transfer any personal data relating to the customers outside of the Company’s management and marketing. We do not disclose information about the customers (name, email address) to third party advertisers for marketing purposes. Deleting data‍
The user data is retained for three years from the latest update of the data, and the user can at any point ask Company to erase the data and to ask Company to delete the user from all the mailing lists and other direct marketing lists. All analytical data from the website is stored for five years for analysing purposes.

User Rights
The User is referred to as a person whose personal data (mentioned above) is stored in the Company’s data records. The User has the right to ask the Company to disclose all available data about the User. The User also has the right to ask how their personal data has been processed by the Company, including how long the data is being stored and if the data has been transferred. In case the User notices the data relating to them is incorrect, they have a right to request it to be corrected. The User should contact the Company via the contact information provided. The User has the right to ask NADMED to delete all the data referring to the User, except in the case the Company has legal obligations to store the data. The User has the right to refuse from direct marketing, and limit the usage of their personal data for marketing purposes. In case the User finds the performed activities concerning data privacy insufficient or to be non-compliant with prevailing Finnish national law, they may file a complaint.

LinkedIn tag is used for marketing purposes. LinkedIn tags relate and visitors to LinkedIn profiles and provide Company anonymous data for marketing targeting.
